The newly renovated Avalon Events Center is the ideal facility for gatherings of all types. Opened to the public in the fall of 2015 after completing a complete renovation, Avalon Events Center welcomes events such as wedding receptions, parties and milestone celebrations, professional functions including trade shows, conventions, holiday parties or theme events, release parties, even theatrical and concert style events.
This 55,000 square-foot facility offers state-of-the-art technology capabilities. Each and every room is outfitted with large projection screens or televisions, easy to use connections for your computer and devices, multiple microphones for your presentation or panel discussion, and color changing ambient LED lighting all included with your basic room rental.
The Dakota Ballroom and Millennium Ballroom are equiped with movie theater quality, digital cinema surround sound and projection.
The largest space available at the Avalon Events Center, the Millennium Ballroom, offers a 36 ft. x 38 ft. platform stage, rock concert quality lighting & sound systems and standing room capacity for over 2,500 guests in one space.
